It took me a bit to think about what I wanted to say about this woman, Stephanie Seacat. I saw a flyer that she was a realtor in our area of Greyhawk and gave her a call. She had no idea what she was in for with me. 😉 When I say I'm over the top I mean I'm a pain in the "a**". No matter how much of a pain in the a** I was, she stood by us knowing the hard work we put into our home. Although things happen in life we had to put it on the market. She worked so hard for us and everyone around her. She knew what our house was worth and made it happen. Even though we thought the deal was over on Christmas Day, She was still working on it. When we started working with Stephanie we shared with her that we were living on the Atlantic side of Florida but wanted to relocate to the Gulf side, particularly Lakewood Ranch area. Also because we were already living in a nice home within a fun community, we were searching for the perfect house that would surpass our experience we had been enjoying on the Atlantic side. Stephanie Seacat is a very professional real estate agent. She truly goes over and above in everything she does. Her advertising is amazing, and top-notch. She did fantastic videos and photo shoots of my home which I am sure made a huge difference in the sale. One very important thing Stephanie knows what she is doing and is very particular when going over the documents, she knows what she is doing and I hate to say this but there are a lot of real estate agents who are not as particular as Stephanie is, she wants it done the right first time.
